Special washing utensils should be prepared at ordinary times, with "one person, one basin, one towel, and one water". First, place the small towel in the basin and boil it for 15 minutes, then let it cool before use. Before washing the vulva, you should cut your nails short and clean your hands. After washing, clean the utensils and dry them in the sun. 3. Avoid eating spicy or irritating foods, quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption, and avoid using irritating soaps, bath gels, and shower gels. Avoid scratching. When the itching is unbearable, you can divert your attention, such as listening to music, watching TV, outdoor activities, etc. 4. Pay attention to menstrual hygiene and use qualified sanitary napkins. Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment. If necessary, both husband and wife can receive treatment at the same time. 5.
