Massage points: Dazhui point

Massage technique: Put the thumb at the back, the index and middle fingers at the front, pinch the skin with three fingers at the same time, twist the hands alternately, and move forward slowly. Pinch from the end of the coccyx to the Dazhui point on the neck. After twisting three times, gently lift up once (you don’t need to do this for the first and last time). Symptoms of wind-heat cough: coughing, coughing up yellow phlegm, difficulty in expectoration, sore throat, fever and sweating, and thin yellow tongue coating.

Massage techniques: basic techniques plus Qingfei Meridian 300 times, Tui Liufu 300 times, rub Dazhui point for 2 minutes, press and rub Jianjing point with thumb 10 times, and finally lift with thumbs, index and middle fingers of both hands 5 times.
