Preparation method: Add appropriate amount of water to raw rehmannia, dendrobium, licorice and green plum, cook for 20 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice. 5: Use 25 grams of honey, 1 gram of green tea, and 10 grams of gallnut. Add the gallnut to 400 ml of water and boil for 10 minutes. Add the green tea and wait until it is warm, then add the honey. After 5 minutes, drink it slowly in two doses for 3 consecutive days. Use 30 grams of honey and 3 grams of borax, mix them well and apply to the affected area; 3 times a day for 3 to 5 days.

6: Supplement vitamin B. You can make up for the lack of vitamin B in the body by taking vitamin B tablets, or you can eat a boiled egg yolk every morning and evening for dietary supplements.
