Why does the ovarian follicle rupture and bleed?

Follicles are not something that many people are too familiar with. But to put it simply, there is a cell in the follicle, which is what people usually call an egg. If people want to lose weight, the egg and sperm must combine to achieve conception. Some people may find that their ovarian follicles rupture and experience bleeding. So what are the causes of self-warming, bleeding and rupture? What kind of harm will it cause to people's bodies?

The best time to conceive after the follicle ruptures is within 8 hours. When the follicle matures, it will rupture and release the egg. The egg can survive in the body for less than 8 hours. If it exceeds 8 hours, it will be discharged from the uterus or even out of the body. Sperm can survive longer in the body, generally up to 24-48 hours. Therefore, the best time to have sex is 24 hours before the follicle matures and ruptures, or within 8 hours after rupture, as this is the best time to get pregnant. Therefore, the best time to conceive after the follicle ruptures is within 8 hours.

The rupture of the follicle means the follicle has burst.

The ovarian cortex consists of an oocyte and many small follicular cells around it. According to the morphological and functional changes in the process of follicle development, it can be divided into three stages: primordial follicle, growing follicle and mature follicle. The follicle grows 1-3mm every day. When it develops to 18-23mm, it is a mature follicle and can be discharged at any time. Your ovarian follicles are now mature and may be released at any time. If you are planning to have a baby, you can arrange sexual intercourse reasonably in the next week. Raising your hips for half an hour after sexual intercourse can increase the chance of conception.

Conception is possible within 24 hours after ovulation, but it is best to conceive within 12 hours, as the chances of pregnancy are greater.

The eggs can mature and be released at any time. Although there are 300,000 to 600,000 primordial follicles in the ovaries that can produce eggs, only 400 to 500 follicles will mature and release eggs in a lifetime. In principle, only one ovary produces one egg per month. After being released, it quickly enters the fallopian tube to prepare for fertilization. If no sperm is found, it will lose the ability to conceive within 12 to 24 hours. Women in their normal reproductive period ovulate once a month, approximately 12-16 days before the next menstrual period. The egg survives for 1 day, and the sperm can survive for 3 days after entering the female reproductive tract. Therefore, pregnancy is possible if you have sex 3 days before ovulation or 1 day after ovulation. This is called the danger period.

The survival time of the follicle after being released is generally about 8 hours. When the B-ultrasound detects that the follicle is larger than 2.0cm, it means that ovulation may occur within 48 hours. The survival time of sperm in the body after being released can reach 48-72 hours. Therefore, when the B-ultrasound finds mature follicles, you can start preparing for sexual intercourse. If it exceeds 12 hours, the chance of conception is relatively reduced.

The best time to conceive after the follicle ruptures: symptoms of follicle rupture

1. Lower abdominal pain The mature egg is discharged from the surface of the ovary and has to break through a thin membrane follicle that wraps the surface of the egg. When the egg is released, a small amount of fluid in the follicle will flow into the lowest part of the pelvic cavity, causing a small amount of bleeding. Therefore, there will be pain on one side of the lower abdomen, but it will go away after a few hours.

2. Increased vaginal discharge. Most women will have increased vaginal discharge. As ovulation approaches, vaginal secretions gradually increase and become thin milky white. During ovulation, the amount of secretions increases significantly and becomes watery, transparent and clear. The vulva will feel moist and slippery, and egg white-like strips of mucus will appear.

3. Uterine bleeding In addition to ovulation, the ovaries are also responsible for the secretion of endocrine hormones. The fluctuation of estrogen secretion in the body before and after ovulation causes a small amount of uterine bleeding, which is called ovulation bleeding.

4. Some women may experience slightly high body temperature, breast pain, etc. Some women may experience breast swelling or nipple pain during ovulation, and sometimes they simply cannot touch their nipples.

Women of normal childbearing age ovulate once a month, usually about two weeks before the next menstrual period. However, many women cannot get pregnant because their ovarian follicles do not rupture. Unruptured follicle syndrome, also known as luteinized follicle or luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome. It refers to the failure of mature ovarian follicles to rupture due to various reasons, making it impossible for the eggs to be discharged. Without eggs, conception is of course impossible. Therefore, you need to find a doctor in time to ask what is the cause of your bleeding.
