Chinese patent medicine for Qi and Yin deficiency

The symptom of Qi and Yin deficiency mainly occurs in female friends. The main reason is kidney deficiency and weak spleen and stomach. Generally, patients with both Qi and Yin deficiency should eat some kidney-tonifying foods and take appropriate medications. The recommended prescription includes modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction, which includes ginseng, astragalus, ginseng, yam, taro meat, poria, oriental water plantain, moutan bark, schisandra chinensis, trichosanthes root, adenophora, ophiopogon japonicus, and licorice. For dry mouth, tongue, and fever in the five parts of the body, add Artemisia annua, turtle shell, and Anemarrhena asphodeloides; for dry cough with little sputum, add Fritillaria thunbergii, Aster tataricus, and Coltsfoot flos; for sore waist and weak breath, add Achyranthes bidentata, Eucommia ulmoides, etc. Recommended Chinese patent medicines include Liuwei Dihuang Pills, Shiquan Dabu Pills, etc.

The treatment for spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney. The recommended prescriptions are Zhenwu Decoction and Fuzi Lizhong Decoction with modifications. The medicines include Fuzi, Poria, White Peony Root, Atractylodes Macrocephala, Dry Ginger, Ginseng, Cinnamon Bark, etc. If accompanied by diarrhea at dawn, add Sishen Pills; if accompanied by frequent urination, add Wuyao and Alpinia oxyphylla; the recommended Chinese patent medicines include Fuzi Lizhong Pills or Jingui Shenqi Pills.

The problem of both Qi and Yin deficiency can be treated with Shengmai Yin. Deficiency of both Qi and Yin is often manifested as fatigue, weakness, and dryness in the mouth and throat. The application of Shengmai Yin in treatment should have a good effect in replenishing qi and yin and alleviating symptoms. The problem of Qi and Yin deficiency may be caused by excessive fatigue, excessive thinking, staying up late, negative emotional influences, or it may be a manifestation of the recovery period of an illness. In the process of regulating Qi and Yin deficiency, you must pay attention to keeping a good mood, avoid tension and fatigue, avoid staying up late, combine work and rest, pay attention to diet and nutrition, and eat less spicy, fried, and grilled foods. With this kind of treatment, things should get better gradually. If the condition does not improve after seven days to one month, you can consider going to a traditional Chinese medicine hospital to register for a consultation with the doctor's department of internal medicine and ask the doctor to prescribe medication for treatment.
