How to treat kidney deficiency and dampness

Some people always feel unwell, but no disease can be found. In traditional Chinese medicine, this situation is called sub-health. Especially when there is too much dampness, it needs to be eliminated through traditional Chinese medicine conditioning. So how do you treat kidney deficiency and dampness? Although drinking Chinese medicine is a good method, you can also choose diet therapy to remove dampness. In addition, cupping and acupuncture are also good ways to improve kidney deficiency.

1. To cure kidney deficiency, you need to nourish the kidneys, and to nourish the kidneys you must first remove moisture.

2. Keep the indoor air dry: moisture slowly invades the body, so try not to dry clothes or plant flowers indoors, and don't water or mop the floor frequently in the summer. Keep the indoor air ventilated and dry, and moisture will at least not increase, so it is easier to remove.

3. Cupping: This is a legacy of ancient Chinese culture that dates back 5,000 years, so it naturally has its own unique features. Cupping can remove moisture and coldness, but it can only remove the surface and is difficult to cure. However, it can remove moisture bit by bit.

4. Mud therapy: Use a layer of volcanic mud, heat it, and apply it on the back to slowly absorb moisture. Volcanic mud itself has the function of absorbing water vapor. After heating, it can slowly draw out moisture and discharge a lot of sweat. It contains a lot of moisture, which is better than scraping and cupping.

5. Steaming: Although steaming creates an environment with a lot of moisture, it is all hot and humid air, which can promote blood circulation and metabolism, and has the function of detoxification and moisture removal. Especially in summer, it is always beneficial to steam more often, but don't do it too frequently or for too long, otherwise you will become dehydrated.

6. Diet: Avoid raw, cold and greasy foods as much as possible, and drink more red bean and coix seed soup. Red beans and coix seeds are actually a kind of Chinese medicine, and they don’t have any special taste. Boil the soup and drink it as water. Drinking it for a long time has the effect of diuresis and swelling, and expel moisture from the body.

7. Exercise: Sweating through exercise is the best way to expel moisture. It can also exercise the body, promote metabolism, and expel toxins from the body. This is actually the best way to expel moisture. Try to do aerobic exercise, and the best heart rate is 130 beats per minute, so that sweating can be best.
