4. Let your hair dry naturally as much as possible and reduce the number of times you blow-dry your hair. Because the heat temperature of a hair dryer can reach 100 degrees, it will destroy hair tissue and damage the scalp.

5. Wearing a hat for a long time will make your scalp breathable, and the compressed hairline will also cause hair loss. So when wearing a hat, you should also pay attention to the ventilation of your scalp.
