What foods should I eat for oral ulcers

Oral ulcer is a very common oral disease. This disease has a particularly great impact on the patient's diet. Because oral ulcers can cause certain pain in the patient's mouth, many foods cannot be eaten. However, during the onset of oral ulcers, there are many foods that can be eaten, such as apples, persimmons, peaches, watermelons, white radish juice or mung bean porridge, etc.

1. Apple

Apple is an economical and vitamin-rich fruit, very suitable for vitamin supplementation. When oral ulcers occur, you can take an apple (or a pear), cut it into slices and put it in a container, add cold water (enough to cover the apples or pears to be cooked), heat it until boiling, wait for it to cool slightly, then hold it in your mouth together with wine for a while before eating it. Use it for a few days to cure it.

2. Persimmon

Persimmon can effectively prevent and treat oral ulcers. In addition to being very effective in treating oral ulcers, persimmon also has a certain effect in preventing oral ulcers.

3. Peach and apricot

Peaches are rich in vitamin B and other vitamins, and are very effective for oral ulcers, but they should also be eaten more often. Apricot is also a fruit that is beneficial to the human body. In addition, eating less acidic foods such as citrus, tomatoes or nuts, eating less spicy or salty foods, avoiding eating hard, hot foods and chewing gum, not smoking and drinking less alcohol can prevent oral ulcers.

4. Watermelon

Take half a watermelon, dig out the watermelon pulp, squeeze out the juice, hold the juice in your mouth, swallow it after about 2 to 3 minutes, then hold the watermelon juice in your mouth again, and repeat several times. It is very effective in the healing of oral ulcers.

5. White radish juice

White radish is cool in nature and spicy and sweet in taste. It has the effects of removing heat and toxins, promoting fluid production and cooling blood, dispersing blood stasis, and eliminating stagnation. You can directly squeeze the juice of white radish or boil it in water to drink, or use it for gargling to treat oral ulcers.

6. Mung Bean Porridge

It is usually difficult to eat during the onset of oral ulcers. At this time, the diet should be liquid and soft food, and avoid hot and hard food that may irritate the ulcer surface. You can drink two bowls of mung bean porridge every morning and evening. Mung beans are cold in nature, and have the effects of clearing heat, reducing swelling and detoxifying, and inhibiting bacteria, and are suitable for the treatment of oral ulcers.
