Where should I apply the Sanfutie for rhinitis?

Therefore, the location of rhinitis patches depends on the experience of each doctor and the conditions of the patients. Different locations may be selected. Of course, if after TCM diagnosis and treatment, the patient's condition is not very good, and he often catches fever and colds, or easily catches cold, you can also apply the Tiantu acupoint, or choose Taixi acupoint and other acupoints for application.

1. Prevent allergic rhinitis

Main acupoints: Dazhui, Waiguan, Feishu, Tiantu;

Associated acupoints: Zusanli and Guanyuan.

Dazhui point: Sit upright with your head lowered. This point is located below the neck, in the depression below the transverse process of the seventh cervical vertebra.

Waiguan Point: Located between the upper arm bones, on the posterior part of the upper arm, on the line connecting Dangyangchi and the tip of the elbow, 2 inches above the distal longitudinal line between the wrist bones, and at the center of the gap between the ulna and radius.

Tiantu point: Located on the neck, on the middle web of the present day, in the center of the suprasternal fossa, between the upper and lower neck muscles.

Feishu point: Located on the back, below the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra, two finger widths to the sides.

Zusanli Point: Located on both sides of the calf, 3 inches below Dubi, on the line connecting Dubi and Jiexi.

Guanyuan Point: In the lower abdomen, on the front middle web, 3 inches below the navel.

2. Prevent chronic rhinitis

Acupoints: Zusanli, Guanyuan and Shenshu.

Dazhui point: Same as above.

Waiguan acupoint: Same as above.

Feishu point: Same as above.

Tiantu point: same as above.

Zusanli point: Same as above.

Guanyuan Point: Same as above.

Shenshu point: Located below the transverse process of the second intervertebral disc, 1.5 inches lateral to the lumbar muscle fascia, the most common muscle and the iliocostalis muscle.
