How to improve cerebral ischemia and hypoxia

When your arms feel slightly sore and tired, start to focus on your thoughts and coordinate your breathing. Inhale as your body moves downward, using all the pores of your body to breathe in fully. When standing up, support your body with your hands, relax your whole body, and don't rush to do continuous movements. Rest for a while during the process of standing up, and exhale when standing up, imagining that the true Qi in your body goes up along the coccyx, through the Du meridian, and Baihui to descend into the lower Dantian and perineum. Do one circle with one breath, and after holding the position for a while, relax and stand for a while before finishing the exercise.
