What's wrong with yellow ejaculation?

There are both physiological and disease reasons for yellow ejaculation. It is normal for a normal male's semen to be yellowish, but if the color is dark yellow, it may be caused by seminal vesiculitis, indicating inflammation of the reproductive system. At this time, you should go to the hospital for examination in time and then receive regular treatment. When this happens, it is easy to cause male infertility.

Causes

There are three main routes of infection of seminal vesiculitis: 1. Ascending infection , which is caused by bacteria spreading upward through the urethra and ejaculatory duct to the seminal vesicle. 2. Lymphatic infection refers to inflammation of the urogenital tract or intestines, which infects the seminal vesicles through the lymphatic pathway. 3. Hematogenous infection refers to the pathogens of an infected lesion in other parts of the body. The pathogens are circulated through the blood to the seminal vesicles. Because the seminal vesicles have many mucosal folds and twists in anatomy, secretions are easily accumulated, resulting in poor drainage. If the acute inflammation is not completely controlled, it can easily turn into chronic seminal vesiculitis.

Clinical manifestations

Seminal vesiculitis is one of the common infectious diseases in men. The age of onset is mostly between 20 and 40 years old. Hematospermia is the main clinical manifestation, but it can be divided into acute and chronic types. There are great individual differences and the clinical manifestations are not the same. 1. Acute pain may cause lower abdominal pain, involving the perineum and both sides of the groin. Chronic cases may cause dull pain in the suprapubic area and discomfort in the perineum. The pain symptoms are significantly worse during ejaculation.

2. Frequent urination, urgency, and pain in urination. Acute patients have obvious symptoms of urgency and pain in urination, and may also have difficulty urinating. Chronic symptoms include frequent urination, urgency, discomfort and burning sensation during urination. 3. Hematospermia is characterized by the discharge of bloody semen during ejaculation, and the semen is pink or red or contains blood clots. In acute cases, hematospermia is more obvious. 4. Other symptoms may include fever, chills, and shivering, which are systemic symptoms seen in acute seminal vesiculitis. Hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. Painful ejaculation, low libido, nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation are common symptoms in chronic patients.
