I didn't sweat before, but now I sweat

Some friends used to sweat less or not at all in their previous lives, but have been sweating frequently in recent times, which has caused them to wonder if there is something wrong with their bodies. There are many reasons that cause excessive sweating in the body, such as yin deficiency, excessive fatigue, kidney deficiency and so on.

Qi deficiency constitution can also be further subdivided. In clinical Chinese medicine, Qi deficiency includes many types such as lung Qi deficiency, heart Qi deficiency, spleen Qi deficiency, and kidney Qi deficiency. There are also two deep-seated factors for Qi deficiency: congenital factors and acquired factors. There has been a breakthrough in the treatment of qi deficiency with Jinxiong Capsules, which are faster and more effective than traditional Chinese medicine and cause less burden on the human body. In addition to medication, it is also very important to avoid behaviors that cause Qi deficiency. The following are the eight most common behaviors in our lives that cause Qi deficiency.

1. Overwork. Traditional Chinese medicine often says that "work depletes energy", which means that excessive work will deplete your vital energy. Because Qi is a kind of energy, it is always playing its role in our body.

When people are tired, they are more likely to catch a cold. However, when you combine work and rest and take proper rest after work, the incidence of colds is relatively low. The reason for this is closely related to the circulation and replenishment of vital energy in our body.

If we utilize our vital energy within a normal range, and regularly replenish it with sufficient substances to convert it into new energy, then our vital energy can be kept generally full. If you consume too much and do not replenish it in time, the energy expenditure and supply will be in an unbalanced state, and the vital energy will be depleted quickly, becoming less and less, resulting in qi deficiency. If your vital energy is overdrawn, it is easy to get sick.

2. Too much comfort. The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine says that "lying in bed for a long time will damage the qi", which means that being too comfortable will damage the body's vital energy. An important characteristic of vital energy is that it moves within the body. If you lead an overly comfortable life, eating and lying down all day long, your vital energy will not be able to stretch and exercise normally. Over time, the circulation of vital energy will slow down and the body will be damaged. The first organ to be affected at this time is the spleen. Because the spleen is located in the middle of the body, it is the transfer station of Qi and is related to the rise and fall of vital energy in the body. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the spleen controls the limbs" and if the limbs are not exercised, it will affect the spleen's function. Therefore, people who are bedridden for a long time will inevitably have a poor appetite, poor digestion, and reduced ability to absorb the essence of water and grain. The production of acquired Qi will be less, and the body's Qi will naturally be damaged.

3. Suffering from a serious illness. After a serious or prolonged illness, the human body often feels that its strength and energy are not as good as before. This is because major illnesses often cause severe damage to the body's vitality. Therefore, after recovering from a serious illness, the body often shows characteristics of qi deficiency.

4. Worrying and worrying. Long-term excessive use of the brain can fatigue the heart and spleen and easily lead to qi deficiency. This is due to overwork. For example, Zhuge Liang during the Three Kingdoms period assisted Liu Chan after Liu Bei's death. While governing the Kingdom of Shu, he actively launched a northern expedition against the Kingdom of Wei. He tried to do everything himself, and ended up exhausted and eventually died in Wuzhangyuan. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, Zhuge Liang most likely died from severe qi deficiency caused by excessive thinking.

5. Labor damages your energy. Excessive mental exertion will damage your vital energy, and excessive physical exertion will also promote or aggravate qi deficiency. People who do heavy physical labor or are professional athletes may damage their Qi and suffer from Qi deficiency over time. Their bodies may appear strong, but this is often an illusion. After reaching middle age or old age, the physical condition of qi deficiency will gradually manifest itself.

6. Taking medicines indiscriminately. Some people think they have internal heat and often take medicine to get rid of it without authorization. Little do people know that this can easily damage their vital energy and lead to qi deficiency. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that regular use of Chinese medicine for clearing away heat, detoxifying and reducing fire, or long-term use of Western medicine antibiotics, anti-inflammatory analgesics, and hormone drugs will also promote or aggravate qi deficiency.

7. Feeling depressed. Long-term bad mood and liver qi stagnation can easily lead to qi deficiency. Whenever the liver qi is not smooth, the spleen will be affected, causing spleen deficiency, the "source of vitality". If the spleen is weak, can the qi still be full? Lin Daiyu in "Dream of Red Mansions" always has a frown on her brow and is depressed. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, she has always been thin, frail, pale, tired and weak, which are manifestations of severe qi deficiency. This is caused by long-term liver qi stagnation. As the qi deficiency became increasingly serious, his immunity was severely reduced and he eventually developed tuberculosis.

8. Long-term dieting. When the body does not take in enough nutrition, Qi deficiency will also occur. This condition is common in women who are losing weight. In order to maintain their figure, girls have to go on a diet reluctantly. Regardless of whether it will help them lose weight, it is easy for them to develop a qi deficiency. In addition, it is also easy for them to develop blood deficiency, which affects their menstruation. Because excessive dieting can cause insufficient Qi and blood, which can lead to lack of nutrition in the body and cause irregular menstruation or amenorrhea.
