Location: 3 inches above the tip of the medial malleolus, at the posterior edge of the ossicle.

Method of finding the acupoint: Use the method of measuring the bone and body inches to directly go up 3 inches from the tip of the inner ankle. Use your fingers, with a width of 4 fingers, to press on a bone, which is the tibia. This point is located in the depression near the edge of the bone at the posterior edge of the tibia.

Method: Press the Sanyinjiao point with the thumb of your left hand, rotating it left and right 20 times; then press the left Sanyinjiao point with your right hand, as before.

Efficacy: It can treat irregular menstruation, leucorrhea, menorrhagia, oligomenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, menopausal syndrome, etc. This point is the intersection of the Taiyin spleen meridian of the foot, the Shaoyin kidney meridian of the foot, and the Jueyin liver meridian of the foot, so it is widely used. In addition to strengthening the spleen and blood, it can also regulate the liver and nourish the kidneys. It also has a calming effect and can help with sleep.

Massage Tianshu acupoint for spleen deficiency

Location: 2 inches away from the navel.

Method of finding the acupoint: 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline, at the rectus abdominis muscle and its sheath, there are branches of the 10th intercostal artery and vein and branches of the inferior abdominal wall artery and vein, and branches of the 10th intercostal nerve, and the small intestine is deep inside.

Method: Place your hands on both sides of your abdomen, press the Tianshu point with your middle fingers, and massage 30 times.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea and other gynecological diseases.

Massage Yinbai acupoint for spleen deficiency

Location: Inside the base of the big toe nail.

Method of finding the acupoint: On the inner side of the distal segment of the big toe, 0.1 inch away from the corner of the toenail.

Method: Press the Yinbai point on the right foot with the thumb of your left hand, rotating left and right 20 times; then press the Yinbai point on the left foot with the thumb of your right hand, as before.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat abdominal distension, blood in stool, hematuria, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, mania, frequent dreams and convulsions. Peidiji and Sanyinjiao are used to treat bleeding disorders.

Massage Yinlingquan acupoint for spleen deficiency

Location: Lower edge of medial tibial spine.

Method of finding the acupoint: On the inner side of the calf, in the depression between the lower inner edge of the tibia and the inner edge of the tibia.

Method: Place your hands on your knees, press the Yinlingquan point with your thumbs, and rotate and rub it 20 times.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema, jaundice; difficulty urinating, enuresis, urinary incontinence; genital pain, dysmenorrhea, spermatorrhea; knee pain.

Massage Zusanli acupoint for spleen deficiency

Location: 3 inches below the outer kneecap, on the outer side of the tibia.

Method: Press the Zusanli point with the thumbs of both hands, rotating left and right 30 times.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, paralysis of the lower limbs, mental illness, surgical diseases, and various symptoms of deficiency and fatigue.

Massage Gongsun acupoint for spleen deficiency

Location: Medial side of foot, lower edge of first calcaneal bone.

Method: Use the left thumb to press the Gongsun point on the right foot, rotating left and right 20 times; then use the right thumb to press the Gongsun point on the left foot, as before.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat stomachache, vomiting, intestinal rumbling, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery, abdominal distension, indigestion, athlete's foot, etc.
