1. Cryptorchidism. If the patient suffers from cryptorchidism, he should seek treatment in a regular hospital in time. It is best to start treatment before the age of two in childhood. If you wait until adulthood to discover that you have azoospermia before seeking treatment, it will be difficult to improve the spermatogenic function of the testicles.

2. Treatment of varicocele. If azoospermia is caused by varicocele, it can basically be treated surgically. Before surgery, a comprehensive testicular examination is required to determine the feasibility of the surgery and the spermatogenic capacity of the testicles after recovery. If the male testicles are not seriously damaged, sperm production will be very good after surgery. Otherwise there is no need for surgery.
