2. After cleaning the fresh patchouli leaves, wash them with cold water, then add water to the pot, add a small amount of salt, heat and boil, then put the patchouli liquid into the boiling water and blanch for two minutes, remove and cut into sections.

3. Peel the garlic and make it into minced garlic, add it to the blanched patchouli leaves, then add soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt, and finally add MSG and salad oil. Mix well and serve.
