What is high-risk post-folliculitis?

Many people will experience this situation, that is, folliculitis will occur after high-risk exposure. High-risk refers to very risky behavior. For AIDS, it means having sex without a condom, sharing a syringe, etc. This situation is very disturbing. Of course, we need to pay special attention to understand its causes in detail and then treat it in time. Here we will introduce what high-risk post-folliculitis is.

The cause of follicular keratosis is considered to be related to environmental factors and is not contagious. The occurrence of follicular keratosis is closely related to heredity, which is the so-called constitution. It is more common in people with allergic or atopic constitutions, or malnourished people (especially those who are deficient in vitamin A). If the environment is low in humidity, dry air, and certain irritants such as tar and oil, this disease may also occur. Since you don't have a genetic problem, it is mainly caused by the environment and psychological tension. Just relax and actively treat it.

Treatment of Folliculitis Bumps

1. Systemic treatment: ① Pay attention to skin cleansing and enhance the body's resistance. Actively treat itchy skin diseases and systemic chronic diseases such as diabetes. ② As appropriate, choose antibiotics that are highly sensitive to pathogenic bacteria, such as new penicillin II, or cephalosporin, teligosaccharide, etc. For refractory patients, immunoglobulin, autologous vaccine or polyvalent staphylococcal vaccine can be injected.

2. Local treatment: For folliculitis, apply 2% iodine tincture, povidone iodine solution, 2% salicylic acid, 2% chloramphenicol tincture, sulfur lotion, 2% mupirocin ointment, etc. For carbuncle that has not yet become purulent in the early stage, local hot compress or external application of 3% iodine tincture or compound neomycin ointment can be applied. If it has become purulent, it should be incised and drained.

3. Physical therapy: ultraviolet light, infrared light, ultrashort wave, diathermy and other treatments may be used as appropriate.

4. Traditional Chinese Medicine
