Treatment of viral hepatitis

Treatment of viral hepatitis

I believe people are familiar with infectious diseases. Viral hepatitis is a statutory infectious disease. This disease is rather complicated and highly contagious, so everyone should be careful. And try to avoid any contact with their blood. Perhaps there are such patients around us. If you don't understand, you can't prevent it. So how much do you know about the treatment of viral hepatitis? Let me explain it today.

Viral hepatitis is indeed a legal infectious disease with the characteristics of strong infectivity, complex transmission routes, wide prevalence and high incidence rate. Some patients with hepatitis B and non-A non-B can develop chronic hepatitis, which is very harmful to people's health.

According to the etiological diagnosis, there are at least five types of hepatitis viruses, namely hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. They cause type A, B, C, D, and E viral hepatitis, namely hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, and hepatitis E. Another type, called hepatitis G, is less common. Among them, types A and E mainly manifest as acute hepatitis, types B, C, and D mainly manifest as chronic hepatitis and may develop into hepatitis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The pathogenicity of hepatitis G virus and TTV virus is still controversial. In addition to these, there are many other known viruses.

Acute severe hepatitis can be treated with glucagon-insulin or branched-chain amino acids. Branched-chain amino acids have both synthetic and anti-decomposition effects. Prevention and treatment of hepatorenal syndrome requires attention to avoidance of various inducing factors and prevention of secondary infection. Careful care is required and diagnosis and treatment procedures should be as sterile as possible. During the course of the disease, attention should be paid to observe for signs such as peritonitis, pneumonia, and urinary tract infection. Patients who are taking corticosteroids often have subtle clinical manifestations of infection and should be especially vigilant. Once an infection occurs, sensitive anti-infective drugs should be used as soon as possible to control it, and attention should be paid to the fact that the drugs must be non-toxic or have little effect on the liver and kidneys.

It can be seen from this that viral hepatitis should be detected and treated early. If you have related conditions, you must pay more attention to eating a light diet, eating more fruits and vegetables, and having a reasonable diet. Develop good hygiene habits and do not eat half-cooked seafood, etc. Not only should we protect ourselves, but we should also protect others.
