How to make the sauce on chicken rice

Method: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl.

3. Lemon marinade (chicken marinade recipe)

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 30CC water, 1 tablespoon cooking rice wine

Method: Squeeze the lemon juice and put it into a juicer with other ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds and serve in a bowl.

4. Traditional Chicken Marinade

Ingredients: 20g chopped green onion, 10g chopped ginger, 40g chopped garlic, 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder, 1 teaspoon MSG, 1 tablespoon soy sauce paste, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 50CC water, 1 tablespoon cooking rice wine

Method: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl, then put the chicken fillet in and coat both sides with the marinade evenly. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.

5. Plum Jam

Ingredients: 2 perilla plums, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons plum juice, a little water. Method:

1. Wash and chop the perilla into fine pieces.

2. Take a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and water and mix well. spare.

3. Heat the pan, pour in the sauce from step 2 and cook over low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes until it boils. Turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.

4. Mix step 1 and step 3 together and mix well.

6. Garlic Sauce

Ingredients: 1 chili, 1 garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce paste, a little water

1. Take a bowl and mix sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water together.

2. Heat the pan, pour in the sauce from step 1 and cook over low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes thick and serve in a bowl.

3. Wash and chop the chili pepper and garlic into fine pieces, then mix them with the sauce in step 2.
