Hernia is a common disease. In daily life, it mainly causes prominent abdominal pressure. It is also a common disease in daily life. It is mainly treated with surgery and diet. Hernia is mainly divided into congenital and acquired. The acquired one is sports-type hernia. The care of hernia is also very important. The main thing is to maintain a healthy weight and strengthen the abdominal muscles. For the active prevention and control of hernia exercises, you can also eat some high-fiber foods and avoid raising your hands or pushing yourself as well as some vicious eating habits. So in daily life, when it comes to hernia, you must pay attention because there are many complications and clinical manifestations of hernia. (1) Intestinal incarceration: Under normal circumstances, the contents of the hernia (usually the intestine) can enter the hernial sac through the hernial ring under the action of intra-abdominal pressure, and can return to the abdominal cavity by itself (or by external force). When various reasons (such as friction, adhesion, etc.) make the contents of a reducible hernia suddenly unable to return and the local mass increases, it indicates that intestinal incarceration has occurred. This is called incarcerated hernia. The main clinical manifestation after intestinal incarceration is intestinal obstruction. (2) Intestinal strangulation: If an incarcerated hernia persists and is not promptly addressed and treated, the contents of the hernia (mainly the intestine) may have blood circulation disorders, leading to intestinal obstruction, intestinal necrosis, or even intestinal perforation and other serious consequences, thus resulting in a strangulated hernia. Clinical manifestations of intestinal strangulation include: ① Paroxysmal, persistent, severe abdominal pain, ②Shock symptoms such as increased pulse, rapid breathing, and elevated white blood cell count. ②Peritoneal irritation signs (local tenderness, rebound pain, muscle tension, etc.), ④ Bowel sounds change from hyperactive to weakened or disappeared, and the sound of "gas passing through water" can be heard. ⑤ Vomiting blood (or bloody liquid), blood in the stool, ⑥ Obvious swelling, bulge and mass can be felt in the abdomen. ⑦X-ray examination can show isolated intestinal tubes or changes in the location of the small intestine, widening and elevation of the intestinal tube gap, and abdominal effusion. ⑧ Abdominal puncture can be performed to draw out bloody fluid. The above is the main introduction to sports hernia. It is an acquired disease. Hernias are mainly divided into congenital and acquired. The acquired one is sports hernia. The care of hernia is also very important, so timely care and prevention are also required in daily life. If such a disease is found, go to the hospital for timely treatment and diagnosis, and do not delay the disease. |
