1. Topical treatment mainly removes the molluscum bodies. They can be squeezed out with eyelash tweezers under sterile conditions, and then dripped with 3% to 5% iodine tincture, or 0.5% phthalamide ointment can be applied externally. Those with large numbers can be removed in batches.

2. Grasp the small bodies of molluscum in the lesion with small tweezers, squeeze them out or pick them out, then apply concentrated phenol or 33% trichloroacetic acid solution and apply pressure to stop the bleeding. If the warts are small and widespread, apply 10% iodine tincture or povidone-iodine 2 to 3 times a day.

Avoid scratching to prevent the spread of infection, pay attention to personal hygiene, do not share bath towels, and disinfect underwear with boiling water.

3 Diet and Health What to eat for molluscum contagiosum?

Job's tears porridge: Take 50g of freshly harvested Job's tears, remove impurities, wash and clean, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with high heat, then simmer until it becomes porridge, add a little white sugar, and take it on an empty stomach. Take once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment, 2 courses in total, to treat flat warts.

Job's tears and mung bean porridge: Take 30g each of job's tears and mung bean, select them clean, wash off the dirt, put them into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil them over high heat, then simmer until they are cooked and become porridge, add a little sugar for seasoning, and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Take 1 dose daily, 15 days as a course of treatment, to treat flat warts.

Cold-mixed dandelion: Take 300g of fresh dandelion, wash it, blanch it with boiling water, add sesame oil, MSG and fine salt, and eat it cold. Take once a day to treat flat warts.

Cyperus rotundus and eggs: Take 200g of processed Cyperus rotundus, grind it into fine powder, and divide it into 15 portions for later use. Crush 1 egg and mix it with 1 portion of Cyperus rotundus; heat 15mL of peanut oil in a pan, add the mixed Cyperus rotundus and egg, fry until cooked, add 10mL of rice vinegar, and eat while hot. Take once a day for 15 consecutive days as a course of treatment to treat flat warts.

Safflower tea: Take 9-10g of safflower and brew it with boiling water instead of tea. Discard it when the color becomes light. Take 1 dose daily, and use it for 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment, and 4 courses in total to treat flat warts.
