Palegyria

Palegyria

The main problem of pachygyria is that the brain remains in a primitive stage, mainly some growth and development disorders of two months under the microscope. It mainly retains the primitive structure, and the real method is mainly the performance that is not often said. There is no language production. It cannot live for a long time in life and often has intellectual decline and epilepsy. Therefore, it is mainly treated conservatively.

Exercise in daily life. His examination method is mainly CT. A check can be found in the cerebral hemispheres. At the same time, the old sebum thickens and the smooth surface of the body is relatively smooth. It mainly stays in the primitive stage, which leads to some and myocardial cells cannot develop normally.

1 Symptoms and signs: Pachygyria is an incomplete absence of gyrus, which is manifested by a decrease in the number of involved gyri and an increase in their size. The first symptom of pachygyria is a reduction in gyri. In severe cases, only the main gyri may be present. Pachygyria is often combined with lissencephaly.

2 Medication treatment: Mainly conservative treatment and strengthen daily exercise.

3 Pathological causes: Pachygyria is caused by the brain development remaining in the primitive stage, that is, the germ layer has developmental disorders before 2 months of embryonic development. Under the microscope, it was found that the original cortical four-layer cell structure was still retained, the cortical structure was incomplete, and the nerve cells were immaturely differentiated. Due to the obstruction of neuroblast migration to the periphery, ectopic neurons are often found in the white matter, sometimes existing in groups in the form of nodules. Ectopic gray matter masses can be seen in the centrum semiovale, cerebellar white matter, brainstem, etc.

4. Examination method: Pachygyria, the characteristic manifestations of CT images are widened gyri in the cerebral hemispheres, thickened cerebral cortex, smooth inner surface of the cortex, and thinning of white matter.

The above is the phalangeal gyrus. At the same time, the old sebum thickens and the smooth surface of the body is relatively smooth. It mainly stays in the primitive stage, resulting in some myocardial cells cannot develop normally, and neuroblasts will cause some obstacles to the surrounding areas, so it can cause certain damage to the body and some brain.
