1. Timely communication

4. Change your perspective

When examining, thinking about, and evaluating an objective reality situation, learning to change your perspective and look at the problem from a different angle can often alleviate negative emotions.

5. Vent appropriately

When a person is traumatized, using willpower to suppress emotions and talking and laughing can only relieve superficial tension, but cannot solve the fundamental problem. It will also lead to a deeper psychological dilemma and bring greater psychological harm. This is also the best self-help strategy for those who are in extreme psychological distress.
