3. Standing: Look straight ahead, keep your back straight, chest up and abdomen in, with the back of your waist slightly protruding forward.

4. Lying down: The pillow should not be too high. You can use a soft cushion and place it on your lower back to keep its physiological curvature. Put a small pillow under your knees and slightly bend your lower limbs to help relax your waist and back.

5. Lifting heavy objects: Find the correct part to hold the heavy object and stand as close to the heavy object as possible. Squat down, but keep your waist vertical to the ground. Remember not to bend over. Hold the object to be lifted tightly, tighten your abdomen, lift the object with your legs, and extend your hips and knees until your body stands up straight. During the whole process, keep your waist vertical and try to keep the object close to your body after lifting it.
