What causes back pain?

The main cause of back pain is cervical spondylosis. It is not as common as low back pain, but it is also a common disease. Thirty to forty percent of people have back pain at a certain time period. It is always passive. It is a disease with many symptoms. The occurrence of such a disease is also very serious, so it needs to be taken seriously. Some symptoms of back pain caused by other types of diseases are also relatively common.

It is mainly caused by cold back and bad posture, so it must be treated in time in daily life. Children can receive some good therapeutic effects. The main thing in daily life is some self-diagnosis and prevention work.

1. Non-neurogenic low back pain:

It is mainly caused by muscle or bone diseases. Pain caused by bones is mainly caused by degenerative bone diseases, such as spinal dislocation, osteoporosis, spinal osteoarthritis, etc. These pains are mainly distributed on both sides of the spine, and in severe cases may even spread to the buttocks and back of the thighs. The pain is characterized by a deep dull pain. Pain caused by muscles is mostly in the thicker parts of the muscles, and there is often a specific pain point that causes more severe pain when compressed. Muscle pain is often caused by muscle sprains and poor posture, which causes the muscles or tendons to be in abnormal tension for a long time, thereby causing pain. Except for severe spinal dislocations that require surgical correction, most of the time the treatment is symptomatic treatment and functional rehabilitation.

2. Neurogenic lower back pain:

Due to nerve compression, such as spinal stenosis or bone spurs causing nerve root compression. This type of pain is mostly characterized by a tingling pain, and its distribution is related to the area innervated by the diseased nerve. For example, the outer side of the calf and the back of the thigh are common pain areas. Some patients will experience pain and numbness in their lower limbs after walking for a while and must rest before continuing to walk. This phenomenon is called "intermittent claudication." In addition to pain, nerve compression is often accompanied by weakness and paresthesia in the feet: for example, slippers may fall off when worn without one being aware of it, and one may not be able to walk on tiptoes. Over time, the foot muscles may even atrophy. This type of pain often requires more aggressive surgical treatment to prevent the condition from worsening.

The above is what causes back pain. Regular exercise, developing good work and rest schedules, and good sitting habits can help you relax your muscles, which is also very effective for the back. So if you can find any disease, you must treat it in time, otherwise it will cause other things.
