Women's bodies are quite special. In order to complete the task of reproduction, they need to have menstruation every month. However, if some women do not take good care of themselves during menstruation, they will be very likely to get some gynecological diseases. The main cause of the disease is that female patients do not pay much attention to their bodies, thus giving these diseases a chance to invade.
Patients with gynecological diseases must receive treatment immediately, because if the disease is not treated, it is likely to cause other gynecological diseases in the body, such as uterine fibroids, etc. Common gynecological diseases include menstrual disorders which can manifest as irregular menstrual cycles, leucorrhea which refers to abnormal vaginal discharge in women, female pregnancy and fertility problems (except for female infertility mentioned in the previous article), and occupational diseases which refer to symptoms such as fatigue, irritability and headaches caused by work exhaustion. Early menstruation is mostly due to blood heat, late menstruation is mostly due to blood stasis or blood deficiency, and irregular menstruation is mostly due to spleen deficiency, qi stagnation, and blood stasis. Excessive menstrual blood volume indicates blood heat or Qi deficiency; scanty menstrual blood is mostly due to blood deficiency, blood phlegm, or phlegm obstruction, and menstrual blood coagulation is due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis; bright red menstrual blood indicates heat, light color indicates Qi deficiency and phlegm obstruction, and dark purple indicates blood stasis and Qi stagnation. Leucorrhea is mostly caused by spleen deficiency or liver depression; yellow discharge is mostly caused by damp heat; green discharge is mostly caused by damp heat in the liver meridian; red and white discharge is mostly caused by lingering damp heat. Fishy and thin texture is mostly caused by cold and dampness, while thick and smelly texture is mostly caused by dampness and heat. If the blood is grayish white, has a foul odor, or contains blood, you should be careful about cancer. In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, if there is dizziness, numbness, or even convulsions, eclampsia should be considered; if there is abdominal pain with a sense of pressure, accompanied by low back pain and vaginal bleeding, it should be threatened abortion; postpartum fever and chills are mostly puerperal fever; if lochia does not stop and abdominal pain is not relieved by pressure, it is blood stasis. In addition, occupational diseases refer to symptoms such as fatigue, irritability and headaches caused by work exhaustion. Another reason why patients develop gynecological diseases is that they are likely to lack some nutrients in their bodies, such as protein or other trace elements. Therefore, it is very important to replenish the nutrients needed by the human body in time. In addition, women should also change their underwear frequently in their daily lives. |
