The sound of sneezing

The sound of sneezing

In daily life, sneezing is a very normal phenomenon, but there are various reasons that cause people to sneeze. Adults often say that sneezing means someone is missing you, but there is actually no basis for this. We should analyze why people sneeze from a scientific perspective. Generally speaking, sneezing can reflect the physical condition of the human body.

The main reason why people sneeze is because the nose is irritated. Only by sneezing can the discomfort inside the nose be relieved. Of course, if a person has a cold and then sneeze and have a runny nose, these are normal phenomena.

Sneezing refers to an unconscious "reflex" that occurs when foreign matter (such as dust, bacteria, pollen, etc.) enters the nasal cavity. After a foreign object enters the body, the trigeminal nerve located on the nasal mucosa sends instructions to the respiratory muscles acting on the lungs, which violently expel air to expel the foreign object. The sneeze reflex, commonly known as "sneezing" or "sneezing", is a defensive reflex action caused by irritation of the nasal mucosa.

Sneezing is usually caused by nasal allergies or an itch deep in the nasal passages that is released through involuntary eruptions. Sneezing can be a symptom in itself, or it can be accompanied by other symptoms such as an itchy, runny, stuffy nose, or itchy, watery eyes and mouth breathing - every common cold symptom.

Sneezing is the body's way of eliminating irritants or foreign objects from the nasal passages. There are four reasons why people sneeze. When they have a cold, stare at their sneezes to help clear their noses. Sneezing also occurs when you have allergic rhinitis or hay fever, expelling allergens from your nasal passages. People with vasoconstrictive rhinitis typically have a runny nose and sneeze frequently. The swollen sneeze comes from the blood vessels in the nose becoming sensitive to humidity, temperature, and even spicy food. The fourth most common cause of sneezing is non-allergic rhinitis, which is eosinophilic rhinitis. Their bodies seem to release histamine and produce allergic symptoms such as sneezing.

It’s actually nothing to sneeze once or twice in daily life, but if you sneeze frequently in a day, then this is very likely a warning signal from the body and you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately. Only by receiving treatment in the early stages of the disease can the disease be cured as quickly as possible. In addition, if conditions permit, you can do more exercise to help enhance your resistance.
