Precautions for chickenpox vaccination

Because we are still young, we do not have the ability to resist many things. Children's physical functions are much worse than those of adults. In order for children to grow up healthily and get rid of the invasion of some germs, the chickenpox vaccine came into being. Many people know that children who are not vaccinated will definitely suffer from chickenpox. Now with the development of medicine, parents choose to give their children the chickenpox vaccine.

However, there is still some controversy about the chickenpox vaccine. People who are not suitable for it may endanger their lives if they get the vaccine. Therefore, before giving this vaccine to children, it would be better to understand the precautions about it. Let's learn about it below.

Note: (1) Do not use ampoules if they are cracked, the bottle label is unclear, or there is foreign matter in the bottle after dissolution.

(2) Do not allow disinfectant to come into contact with the vaccine when opening the vaccine bottle and administering the vaccine; and the disinfectant should be used up within 30 minutes of opening.

(3) Those who have received immunoglobulin injection should wait one month before receiving this vaccine.

(4) Women of childbearing age should practice contraception for at least 3 months after receiving this vaccine.

Contraindications: ⑴ The overall reactogenicity is very low in all age groups. Low fever and mild rash may occasionally occur after injection, but the adverse reactions are usually mild and disappear on their own.

⑵ Contraindications: Vaccination should be postponed in patients with acute severe febrile illness. People who are systemically allergic to neomycin, those with a white blood cell count of less than 1200/m3, and pregnant women should not be vaccinated.

The benefits of getting the chickenpox vaccine naturally outweigh the disadvantages, but you must be careful with everything, especially when it comes to medications. Up to now, the chickenpox vaccine has become a childhood memory for many people. Everyone should understand the precautions so that children can grow up as healthy as you.
