What are the methods of Chinese medicine for treating angina pectoris?

The occurrence of angina pectoris generally indicates that there is a minor problem with the heart. If it is discovered in the early stages, it can be treated with Chinese medicine. If Chinese medicine is used for conditioning, there will be relatively fewer side effects, thus avoiding secondary damage to the heart.

Medication during an attack:

Patients in the attack period should pay attention to bed rest. They can place Suhe Guanxin Pills under the tongue to dissolve, or take Subing Drops orally, or spray wide chest aerosol in the throat. Quick-acting Heart-saving Pills, Musk Heart-saving Pills, Musk Heart-protecting Pills, Suhexiang Pills and other medicines can also be taken as appropriate.

Medication for recurrent episodes:

Salvia miltiorrhiza 30g, Trichosanthes kirilowii 30g, Red Peony Root 10g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 10g, Tulipa 10g, Safflower 10g, Dalbergia odorifera 10g, Pinellia 10g, Allium macrostemon 10g. Take it in decoction, one dose per day.

The treatment during this period should focus on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and aromatic warming and unblocking. At the same time, one of the drugs such as compound danshen injection, ilex pubescens injection, and trichosanthes tablets can be used.

Medication during remission:

① Add 80g of wolfberry (chopped) and 40g of cinnamon twig tip into 1000ml of rice wine, shake it often, take 15-20ml before going to bed every day. Regular consumption in winter can prevent angina pectoris.

② Take 10g each of wolfberry, processed Polygonum multiflorum, cooked rehmannia, and mistletoe, 5g each of chrysanthemum and Schisandra chinensis, decocted in water and taken once a day.

③ 20g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 10g each of Codonopsis pilosula, Polygonatum odoratum, Angelica sinensis, processed Polygonum multiflorum, Poria cocos, and Torreya grandis seeds, and 3g of roasted Licorice root. Boil them into juice and take one dose a day, divided into two doses.
