2. Drink more water. Dietary fiber requires water for hydrolysis and expansion. Cold boiled water can stimulate colon peristalsis. Drinking a large glass of cold boiled water 10 to 20 minutes before going to the toilet every day can induce the urge to defecate.

3. Increase fat intake appropriately.

4. Eat less spicy and irritating foods.

5. Strong tea and apples contain a lot of tannic acid, which have astringent effects and can cause constipation, so try not to eat them.

6. Honey, bananas, etc. have a laxative effect and can be eaten regularly.

Two: Five effective dietary therapy methods:

1. Pollen and Cassia Seed Porridge:

Add appropriate amount of water to 30 grams of Radix Trichosanthis and 30 grams of Cassiae, boil for 20 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice, add 60 grams of rice and cook into porridge. Take in the morning and evening.

2. Betel nut porridge:

Add 15 to 30 grams of betel nut to an appropriate amount of water, boil for 20 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice, then add 60 grams of rice and cook into porridge. Take in the morning and evening.

3. Astragalus porridge:

Add appropriate amount of water to 60 grams of Astragalus, boil for 40 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice, add 60 grams of rice and cook into porridge. Take in the morning and evening.

4. Sesame, Astragalus and Honey Paste:

Grind 60 grams of black sesame seeds into a paste, cook it, and add appropriate amount of honey; boil 30 grams of astragalus in water, remove the residue and take the juice to pour in. Take in the morning and evening.

5. Pig blood and spinach soup:

Take 500 grams of pig blood and cut it into slices; wash and cut 500 grams of spinach, cook them together into soup and season them for consumption. Daily or every other day.

How to treat long-term constipation?

1. Regulate emotions: Patients should maintain a good attitude, be patient and confident, and adhere to multiple courses of systematic treatment.

2. Keep an orderly schedule: Maintaining a balanced biological clock is the basis for stabilizing various physiological functions of the human body. Bowel movements are also controlled and regulated by the biological clock. Patients should develop the habit of going to bed early and getting up early, have a rhythmic life, stabilize their biological clock, and their bowel movements will also be incorporated into the track of the biological clock.

3. Reasonable diet: Defecation is most closely related to diet. The dietary structure determines the nature and frequency of stool. Therefore, to improve constipation, you should first adjust the dietary structure. You should eat more coarse grains, fruits and vegetables, drink more water, and avoid fried, dry-fried and irritating foods.

4. Bowel training: For patients with constipation, bowel movement rules need to be re-cultivated and training strengthened to form conditioned reflexes. Combined with diet and lifestyle adjustments and Chinese medicine treatment, constipation will gradually heal.

Training method: Choose a time in the morning when you are relatively free, and have a bowel movement at this time every day. Even if you don't feel like it, you must do it. And you need to concentrate when having a bowel movement, you can't make phone calls or chat, and you can't read books or newspapers. Develop the habit of regular bowel movements.

5. Physical exercise: Strengthen physical exercise, enhance physical fitness, and improve various physiological functions of the human body. Change your sedentary lifestyle, increase outdoor activities, enhance intestinal motility, and facilitate defecation.

6. Drug treatment: For patients with constipation, drugs should be used to assist defecation.
