In the hot summer, people often suffer from heat colds when they stay in air-conditioned rooms for a long time or come back from outside sweating profusely and suddenly enter a room with very low temperature. Heat cold is a common disease in summer, characterized by low fever, headache, sore throat and runny nose. How should you treat a heat cold in summer?

1: Summer heat and dampness-removing tea

1: 20g each of fresh lentil flowers, fresh lotus leaves and fresh rose flowers. First, cut the lotus leaves into thin strips, put them into a container with lentil flowers and rose flowers, add 500 ml of water, boil them into a thick juice, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, and drink it instead of tea.

2. Patchouli Leaf Porridge

1: 20 grams of fresh Patchouli leaves, decoct in water and add sugar, take 3 to 4 times a day. Or you can first cook porridge with 100 grams of polished rice, then add patchouli juice and boil it to make patchouli porridge, and take it in appropriate amount.

Three: Rock Sugar Watermelon Cui

1: 10 grams of black fungus, 50 grams of watermelon rind, 20 grams of rock sugar, a few orange segments, and a few cherries. Crush the rock sugar and wash the swollen black fungus into a bowl, steam it in a steamer for 5 minutes, take it out and cool it down, add the watermelon rind, orange slices, and cherries, stir well, and put it in the refrigerator for serving.

Four: Three Juice Drink

1: Lemon juice, grape juice, fresh orange juice. Take equal amounts of the three ingredients, add equal amounts of warm water, let cool and drink.

5. Chrysanthemum Drink

1: Put dried chrysanthemum, dried honeysuckle, dried hawthorn and water into a pot, soak for about 15 minutes, boil the water over high heat, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 30 minutes. Drain the cooked chrysanthemum drink and discard the residue. After it cools down, add appropriate amount of honey and refrigerate it for drinking to be more refreshing and heat-relief.

6. Mung bean porridge

1: 20 grams of mung beans and 30 grams of japonica rice. First boil the mung beans, add the polished rice after they are slightly soft, and continue cooking until the rice is done. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar before serving.

7. Three Flower Soup

1: 15g white chrysanthemum, 20g honeysuckle, 15g white lentil flower. Put the three ingredients in an enamel container, add water and boil them into a soup and drink it instead of tea.

8. Watermelon Juice

1: Remove the seeds from the watermelon, take out the pulp, squeeze the juice with gauze, and drink it frequently instead of tea.

9: Summer heat, due to the human body

The metabolism speeds up, and in order to dissipate the heat energy in the body, the body's epidermal blood vessels and sweat gland pores expand, so the amount of sweating will increase. At this time, people often turn on the air conditioner or fan to fall asleep, take a cold shower, or suddenly enter a room with a very low temperature.
