What should I do if my child has white hair?

Under normal circumstances, gray hair is a symbol of old age and is not exclusive to children. However, due to some undesirable reasons, some children's hair begins to turn gray. For treatment, you must first ensure adequate sleep, adhere to scientific combinations and a reasonable diet, etc. In addition, you should drink less carbonated beverages, eat less meat, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

1. Ensure sleep. Ensuring sleep here does not mean sleeping more than ten hours a day. Sleep is a double-edged sword. The more you sleep, the better it is. As the saying goes, "Early to bed, early to rise, good health." Staying up late for a long time will lead to more gray hair.

2. Arrange your diet reasonably and make scientific combinations. Eat more foods rich in copper, such as animal liver, sea fish, walnut meat, etc.; consume more high-quality protein, such as milk, eggs, beans, and meat; eat more dark-colored (black, red, green, yellow, purple) foods, such as black sesame, black rice, black fungus, mushrooms, red beans, lantern peppers, etc.; try to eat vegetable oil, not animal oil, not fried food, eat less sweets, and develop the habit of not being picky about food.

3. Drink less cola and other carbonated drinks, and do not drink alcohol or smoke. Eat less meat and more vegetables. Tobacco, alcohol and beverages can cause chronic acidosis in the human body, resulting in hair loss and graying.

4. Treatment with folk remedies. 30-60 grams of Polygonum multiflorum + 5 red dates + 10 grams of brown sugar + 60 grams of polished rice. Fry the Polygonum multiflorum juice and set it aside for cooking porridge. First add the Polygonum multiflorum juice to cook the porridge, and then add brown sugar after the porridge is cooked. Take it once in the morning and once in the evening, one course of treatment is 10 days, and then continue the next course after 5 days. These methods cannot be used for those with loose stools.

5. Some chronic diseases and wasting diseases, such as malnutrition, long-term fever, tuberculosis, gastrointestinal diseases, etc., can easily lead to poor absorption and excessive consumption of some related nutrients in the body, affecting hair nutrition and causing hair to turn white; some endocrine and nervous system diseases can also cause gray hair. If gray hair is caused by these reasons, the primary disease should be actively treated.
