[Usage and Dosage] First boil the Imperata root. After 20 minutes, remove the residue and keep the juice, add raw coix seed and cook into porridge.

(2) Oyster Sagittaria

[Ingredients] 100 grams of oyster meat and 200 grams of fresh arrowhead mushrooms (sliced), plus appropriate amount of seasoning.

(3) Steamed Crucian Carp

[Ingredients] 1 crucian carp (about 300 grams), 10 grams of tangerine peel (cut into shreds), and appropriate seasoning.

[Ingredients] 200 grams of raw yam (peeled), 100 grams of Poria cocos, 100 grams of jujube, and 30 grams of honey.
