Why do I feel pain all over my body during menopause?

As women age, they go through a period called menopause. Women in menopause experience significant changes both emotionally and physically. In addition, the physical health of many menopausal women will also decline significantly. Some women experience body aches during menopause, but why do they experience body aches during menopause?

1. Kidney deficiency

As women age, their bodies will become less and less, eventually leading to an imbalance of yin and yang, so they will feel back pain. Therefore, we should eat more foods that nourish yin and kidney, such as wolfberry, black rice, yam, etc., and also participate in some physical exercise appropriately.

2. Calcium deficiency

Because of the decline in ovarian function in menopausal women, the secretion of estrogen will decrease, and the ability to absorb calcium will also decrease. It is easy to have some symptoms of calcium deficiency, such as back pain, fractures and heel pain. If not treated in time, it may cause osteoporosis. Therefore, we should eat a balanced diet, eat more beans, pay attention to exercise, but try not to do exercises that hurt the knee joints.

3. Cold and dampness-induced low back pain

This is often caused by the invasion of wind and cold in the waist of female friends, especially on rainy days, the symptoms will be further aggravated, so we must strengthen the warming of the waist and abdomen, especially in winter, everyone should avoid catching cold, quilts should be taken out to dry in the sun, and the indoor ventilation must be kept, and we must actively improve our living environment.

4. Gynecological inflammation

Because the ovaries of menopausal women have very low estrogen secretion ability, the glycogen content in the epithelial cells has decreased, and the pH value in the vagina has increased significantly. This will reduce local resistance and make them very susceptible to infection by external pathogens, such as senile vaginitis, urethritis and other diseases. These diseases may cause body pain, so we must pay attention to our daily hygiene habits. We should use warm water to wash our vulva every day, wear cotton underwear, and maintain a low-fat and high-fiber diet.
