If you are only slightly prone to fatigue and sleepiness, manifested as tiredness, weakness, laziness, etc., and it does not excessively affect your daily life and work, then you are considered to have mild hypersomnia; but if you are extremely prone to fatigue and sleepiness, so that you can't get excited about anything, your thinking ability becomes worse, and your learning and memory are greatly reduced, be careful, you have entered the stage of moderate or even severe hypersomnia!

Only if we have enough sleep can we help ourselves maintain good energy, but many times some reasons always make us feel exhausted. Even after a long sleep and rest, we still feel not very energetic. So when we encounter this situation, we still need to undergo some more formal examinations.
