1: The treatment for downward movement of damp-heat is to clear away heat and remove dampness. The prescription for stopping leucorrhea is modified: take 12 grams each of Poria cocos, Plantago seed (package), and red peony root, 10 grams each of Phellodendron chinense, Achyranthes bidentata, Cortex Moutan, and Atractylodes macrocephala, and 6 grams each of Alisma orientalis and Capillaris ternata. Add or subtract: If the abdominal pain is obvious, add 10g each of Yuanhu and Chuanlianzi to promote qi and relieve pain; if the appetite is poor and the stool is loose, replace Atractylodes with stir-fried Atractylodes 10g, add 20g of raw Coix seed and 18g of Poria to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness.

2: The treatment for the type of blood stasis and heat is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, clear away heat and detoxify. The prescription is Danggui Yuanhu Decoction with modifications: 20 grams of Patrinia chinensis, 15 grams each of Danggui, Yuanhu, Rhubarb, Red Peony Root, and Peach Kernel, and 12 grams of Cyperus rotundus. Decoction in water. Additions and subtractions: If there is obvious stabbing pain in the lower abdomen, add 10 grams each of frankincense and myrrh to remove blood stasis and stop bleeding; if there is obvious bloating and pain in the lower abdomen, add 10 grams each of Toosendan fruit and Citrus aurantium to promote qi and relieve pain; if the menstrual volume is scanty, dark in color and clots, add 20 grams of Leonurus japonicus to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. If the amount of leucorrhea is large and yellow in color, add 15 grams of Artemisia capillaris and 12 grams of Alisma orientalis to clear away dampness and heat.

3: Cold-dampness stagnation type: treat by warming yang and dispelling cold, activating blood circulation and removing dampness. The prescription is Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction with modifications: take 15 grams of Poria, 12 grams each of Angelica sinensis and Red Peony Root, 10 grams each of Myrrh, Artemisia annua, Atractylodes macrocephala, Zedoariae rhizome, and Scutellaria baicalensis, 9 grams each of fennel, Ligusticum chuanxiong, and cinnamon twig, and 6 grams of dried ginger. Decoction in water. Add or subtract: If the amount of leucorrhea is large, white and thin, add 10 grams each of nutmeg and ginkgo to warm the kidney and stop leucorrhea. If the lower back pain is obvious, add 20 grams of Chuanduan and 10 grams of Eucommia to strengthen the kidneys and waist. After taking the above medicine orally, the remaining residue can be put into a cloth bag and applied to the lower abdomen, with hot compress for 20-30 minutes each time.

1: Use 20g each of red peony root, red vine, Patrinia scabra, Taraxacum mongolicum, and Salvia miltiorrhiza, and 15g of Prunella vulgaris. Decoction 100 ml of the above solution and apply it to the anus 1-2 times a day. 15 times constitutes a course of treatment. This prescription is suitable for patients with damp-heat or stasis-heat syndrome. If a lump is formed, add 20 grams of Trillium and 15 grams of Curcuma to remove blood stasis and eliminate accumulation; when there are signs of qi deficiency, add 30 grams of Astragalus to replenish qi and strengthen the spleen; if there is cold pain in the lower abdomen, remove the Patrinia and Taraxacum, and add 10 grams of Asarum and 10 grams of cinnamon twig to warm the meridians and dispel cold.

1: Take 100 grams of rice, 15 grams of Poria cocos, 10 grams of Plantago, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Put the first two ingredients into a gauze bag and boil them together with rice. After the porridge is cooked, remove the medicine bag and add appropriate amount of brown sugar before taking. This prescription has the functions of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, and removing dampness.

2: Use 15 grams of raw hawthorn, 10 grams each of bupleurum and angelica, and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Put the first three ingredients into the pot at the same time and boil them, remove the residue and take the juice. Add appropriate amount of white sugar when taking it, twice a day. This prescription has the effect of regulating qi and activating blood circulation.

Drug treatment. Acute inflammation can be treated with Western medicine, such as antibiotics. For the treatment of chronic adnexitis, the better Chinese medicine we prefer is Fule Granule, and some oral antibiotics can be used as Western medicine. You may also consider physical therapy.
