Often shakes his head

Put your hands on your hips, close your eyes, lower your head, and slowly twist to the right until you return to the original position. Do this 6 times in total. Repeat 6 times in the opposite direction. Doing this set of exercises regularly can make your mind flexible and prevent cervical diseases.

Often swing waist

Spread your legs shoulder-width apart and do a waist twist. When the body twists to the left, the right hand is in front and the left hand is behind. The right hand in front gently pats the lower abdomen, and the left hand behind gently pats the "Mingmen" acupoint between the second and third lumbar spinous processes. Do this 50 times. Repeat in the opposite direction. This action can strengthen the stomach and intestines, consolidate kidney qi, and prevent indigestion, stomach pain, and back pain.

Frequent abdominal massage

Rub your hands 36 times. When your hands are warm, cross them and rub around your navel in a clockwise direction. Do 36 times. It can help digestion, absorption and eliminate bloating.

Frequent anal lifting

As you inhale, tighten the muscles of your anus. Hold your breath for a few seconds until you can no longer bear it, then exhale and relax. Do it 20-30 times every morning and evening.

Frequent knee sprains

Place your feet side by side, knees close together, squat slightly, press your knees with your hands, twist to the left and right, do 20 times each. Can strengthen the knee joints.

Rubbing feet frequently

Rub your left foot with your right hand and your right foot with your left hand. Rub from the heel upwards to the toes, and then down back to the heel, do this 36 times in total; use the thumbs of both hands to rub the Yongquan points on the soles of the feet alternately, do this 100 times in total. Rubbing your feet frequently can strengthen the functions of various organs, help relieve insomnia, lower blood pressure, eliminate headaches, etc.
