The speed of eye movement should be uniform, and 2-4 beats can be made in each direction of movement. Rub the soles of your feet frequently to purify your mind After soaking your feet, hold your right toes with your right hand, and rub the Yongquan point and the nearby sole of your right foot with your left hand until the sole of your foot becomes warm. Then rotate your toes slightly, then release your feet, lift your toes up and back as far as possible, then retract your toes, and repeat this 10 times. After your right foot touches the ground, switch to your left foot. Regular massage of the Yongquan acupoint can reduce internal heat, relieve dizziness, headache, vertigo, sore throat, and also relieve insomnia and foot atrophy and numbness.
