Let me talk about some practical things from the folks. I guarantee they are better than any tonic medicine you take. Most of these things are what teachers have taught. They are very basic and don’t have much theoretical packaging, but they are very practical.

Basic requirements:

1. You must go to bed before 11pm every night, preferably at 9pm. If you don't go to bed before midnight, as the masters of traditional Chinese medicine say, "I can't treat you anymore." That is to say, if you can't sleep on time, the doctor won't treat you if you get sick - it's not that they won't treat you, but that they can't cure you. Sleeping is the most important thing in life. People who stay up late, regardless of gender, will damage their kidneys and liver, and suffer from a lack of qi and blood. When they look in the mirror, their faces are covered in dust. Don’t practice anything, just wait for death.

Therefore, it’s okay to get up early, but it’s not okay to go to bed late. Especially for those who always feel depressed, they must be sleeping too late, which damages their liver, essence and gallbladder. Such people often have poor eyesight, are often in a gloomy mood, and are rarely happy (the lung qi is also affected and cannot be expressed). If you go to bed late, you won’t be able to make up for it during the day, and even if you do, it will damage your qi and blood. Believe it or not.

2. Diet: It is better to eat hot food than cold food. Especially in summer, you can't eat cold food; it's okay to eat cold food in winter, but you can't eat it in summer. If it's hot in summer, drink hot water and you will feel comfortable after sweating. Especially in summer, you can't drink cold beer. This is the source of all diseases. After drinking it, "all five internal organs are damaged and all kinds of diseases arise." Don't drink soup often, as it will damage your stomach. People who often drink soup will suffer serious damage to their stomach qi. The way southerners make soup is actually unreasonable. It’s okay to drink occasionally, but if you drink it frequently, your body will become weak.

3. Soak your feet in hot water before going to bed.

4. Drink a bowl of hot porridge in the morning with some pickles, don’t eat anything else. If there is no porridge in the morning, at least drink a bowl of boiled water, the hotter the better. Drink it in small sips, it won't cause any harm. This is a method of "refining fluid into essence". You won't find it in books. It's all folk stuff.

5. Preserve sperm. This one requires even more death. The first and last requirements above must be followed.

Specific method:

1. Rubbing your feet can treat the five internal organs. When you have time, rub your feet to warm them up, especially the soles and toes. When kidney qi increases, all diseases will be cured. Rubbing your feet is actually rubbing your internal organs. If you have enough time, you can rub it for half an hour; if you don’t have enough time, a few minutes will also do. This method is extremely simple and important. Don't ignore it as a trivial trick. In fact, some people may feel more energetic on the day they rub their feet.

2. Walk backwards. Walk backwards 108 steps in the morning and evening. If you are in poor health and have suffered a lot of losses, you should make some extra efforts: get up at 3 o'clock in the morning, find a place where cars can't hit you, and walk backwards for 10 kilometers. Walking straight doesn't count, and running doesn't count either. You have to walk backwards for it to count. After the walk, drink a large bowl of hot porridge (glutinous rice or millet porridge will do) and eat some pickles, but don't eat anything else.

3. Stretch your calves. Just sit in one place, hook your toes back and push your heels forward (keep your calves tight), then relax and return to the original position. This counts as one time. Do this 108 times. Then, pull your heels back and push your toes forward (the front of your calves should be tense at this time). Do this 49 times.

4. Exercise your waist. Some people say that internal martial arts cannot train the waist. This is layman's talk. Internal martial arts not only require training the waist, but also require training the waist. And there are many methods. Introduce a simple and practical one. Lean your body back 21 times, then beat your waist with both hands 49 times. Do this movement repeatedly and make sure your waist is warm. Then massage for 5 minutes. Don't underestimate this action, human "energy" depends on it! Some people may be able to fart a few times at that time, and the fire of the life gate is activated, pushing out the cold air.

Effect (if you can persist in doing it every day, you will see the effect soon):

1. I feel more energetic than before.

2. Walk briskly and go up stairs especially easily.

3. The waist often feels hot and burning.

4. Excellent appetite.

5. The heels often feel hot.

6. Good mood.

7. The nervous system will be well regulated and sleep will be good.

8. Certain parts of the body will feel like hot water.

9. There are others, but it is impossible to summarize them all. Summarize it yourself.

Don’t forget, the most important thing is: do it often. Doing it once is like taking a tonic.
