Ingredients: 15g raw rehmannia, 15g cooked rehmannia, 12g Ligustrum lucidum, 12g Polygonum multiflorum, 10g Eclipta prostrata, 10g white peony root, 10g Chinese angelica, 9g donkey-hide gelatin, and 9g wolfberry.

Usage: Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses.

Ingredients: 60 grams of buffalo horn, 30 grams each of Cimicifuga, Qianghuo, and Saposhnikovia divaricata, 15 grams each of Aconitum carmichaelii and Angelica dahurica, 30 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams each of Chuanxiong, Safflower, and Scutellaria baicalensis, and 6 grams of raw licorice.

Usage: Grind each medicine into fine powder, steam it, make it into small pills, take 10 grams every night with warm water.

4. Use Bombyx Batryticatus, Radix Aconiti Lateralis, Angelica Dahuricae Dahuricae, Kaempferia galanga and Borax to remove spots

Use 10 grams each of Bombyx Batryticatus, White Aconitum, Angelica Dahurica, Kaempferia galanga, borax, 16 grams each of gypsum and talc, 7 grams of white cloves, and 2 grams of borneol, grind them into very fine powder, mix them with water or milk and apply them on your face before going to bed every night. It can treat dark spots, rough skin, and can also whiten and remove acne. Later, there were some prescriptions that added borneol, which has strong permeability.
