There are no other dietary taboos.

There are two aspects of treatment: medication and diet. 1. Treatment with medication. The principle of treatment is to first try to stop the bleeding immediately according to the cause of bleeding. On the other hand, emergency measures should be taken to replenish blood volume and prevent the occurrence of shock. Rapidly transfuse normal saline, compound normal saline, plasma, dextran, human serum albumin (albumin) or hydroxyethyl starch, and immediately match blood and transfuse whole blood as soon as possible. After the bleeding stops, further necessary treatment will be carried out according to the cause. Anemia itself generally does not require special treatment. A high-protein, vitamin-rich diet should be given as soon as possible after the acute phase. If the body has sufficient iron storage and hematopoietic function is normal, red blood cells will return to normal 4 to 6 weeks after the bleeding stops, and the recovery of hemoglobin will lag behind by 2 weeks. People with severe anemia should receive red blood cell transfusions to correct the anemia. For patients with a history of chronic blood loss or insufficient iron storage, iron supplements can be given after the bleeding stops and the condition stabilizes to promote the production of red blood cells and replenish iron stores. 2. Diet therapy. Foods should contain iron, folic acid, vitamins, etc. Another thing is to have sufficient protein. Because the blood contains a large amount of high-protein, a high-protein diet should be provided: the proliferation, differentiation and regeneration of various red blood cells all rely on protein as a basis, so patients with aplastic anemia need to provide more animal protein with high nutritional value in their diet, such as protein-rich lean meat, eggs, fish, milk, chicken, soy products and animal kidneys.

Although acute hemorrhagic anemia is a serious disease, it will stay away from us if we treat it with modern medical technology and pay more attention to it in our daily lives. We don't need to worry too much about it, but we can't be too careless either. Pay attention to your diet, take more precautions, and your body will naturally be healthy and worry-free.
