Treatment of autonomic nerve damage

Treatment of autonomic nerve damage

Autonomic nerve damage is a common neurological disease. It also causes great inconvenience to our lives and disrupts the rhythm of our lives, so we must treat it in time. There are many ways to treat autonomic nervous system damage, and we can choose a method that suits us according to our actual needs.

1. Physical exercise: Physical exercise can regulate and improve the brain's excitation and inhibition processes, adjust brain functions, and delay brain aging. In addition, exercise can significantly change a person's mood. Long-term exercise can enhance physical fitness, slow down the heart rate, improve cardiovascular function, enhance the regulatory function of the autonomic nervous system, and treat autonomic nervous system disorders.

2. Eliminate inducing factors: such as mental stimulation, tension, overwork, strong tea, coffee, etc., which can induce and aggravate cardiac nerve function symptoms and should be avoided.

3. Psychosocial therapy: It is an auxiliary treatment, which is to adjust the mentality, relax the spirit, eliminate worries, cultivate an optimistic and open-minded character, and enhance the confidence to overcome the disease. We need to maintain a good mood. A good mood is conducive to the coordination and unity of the nervous system and various organs and systems, which keeps the body's physiological metabolism in the best state, thereby feedback-enhancing the vitality of brain cells and improving nerve function.

4. Drug treatment: It is recommended to treat autonomic dysfunction through Chinese medicine differentiation of syndromes, regulate the mind and calm the five internal organs, treat the heart and brain at the same time, and use psychological counseling therapy. This requires the formulation of a specific treatment and rehabilitation plan to achieve a complete cure.

The autonomic nervous system is the general term for the nervous organs that regulate the activities of human viscera. Because it is not controlled by human will, it is also called the autonomic nervous system. Due to different functions, it can be divided into sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves. In terms of function, the two are in unity of opposites and coordinated with each other. The sympathetic nervous system responds to external stimuli, mobilizing the body's defense system to respond with defense and attack, and stimulating and promoting the activity of the heart and the entire circulatory system. But it has an inhibitory effect on the digestive and reproductive excretory organs. The parasympathetic nervous system acts internally on the digestive system and reproductive and excretory system, mainly promoting digestion and absorption, gathering energy, and strengthening reproductive and excretory functions. It mainly has an inhibitory effect on the function of circulatory organs. There is a regular pattern in the way the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves act on human organs. In a person's life, the former is stronger in young and middle-aged adults, and the latter is stronger in infancy and old age. Throughout the four seasons, the former is stronger in winter, and the latter is stronger in summer. During the day, the former is stronger during the day, and the latter is stronger at night. This law was formed during the long process of human evolution, and this change is closely related to human metabolism and health.

Damage to the autonomic nervous system means that our brain nerves are damaged, so we cannot underestimate it. In many cases, if we actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment, we will recover quickly. But some people just keep procrastinating, which makes their condition worse.
