Small transparent blisters on the glans

Small transparent blisters on the glans

We all know that the glans is the most sensitive part of the male sexual organ, and it is also the weakest part. The main function of the foreskin is to protect it. This part is easily infected with some diseases, so men must clean it in advance when having sex, and do not have too many sexual partners, otherwise they are likely to be infected with some sexually transmitted diseases. So what are the transparent small blisters on the glans?

1. When there are transparent blisters on the glans, it may be penile pearly rash. The main causes are foreskin that is too long, poor local hygiene, long-term stimulation of coronal sulcus secretions and dirt, or inflammatory reactions such as local redness and swelling caused by other factors such as infection. The main clinical manifestations are: at the junction of the edge of the glans and the coronal sulcus or at the frenulum. But it could also be genital herpes. If you experience similar symptoms, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to avoid delaying treatment.

  1. Symptoms of male genital herpes: on the glans penis, coronal sulcus, urethral opening, penis, scrotum, thighs and arms, etc. Most male patients have bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy.

  2. The clinical manifestations of genital herpes can be divided into primary and recurrent. Primary refers to the first infection with the virus. Generally, it takes about 2 to 10 days from contact to onset, which is the incubation period. There is a burning sensation in the affected area, and soon 3 to 10 groups of red papules will appear on the basis of erythema, accompanied by itching. The papules will quickly turn into small blisters, and then turn into pustules after 3 to 5 days. After rupture, large areas of erosion and ulcers will form, which will cause pain and finally heal with scabs. The entire course of the disease can last about 20 days. In men, it is common in the glans penis, coronal sulcus, urethral opening, penis, scrotum, thighs and arms. When the inflammation spreads to the urethra and bladder in the later stage, urination difficulty, urination pain, frequent urination, and in severe cases, urinary retention may occur. In addition, other symptoms may also occur simultaneously, such as fever, malaise, headache, stiff neck, meningitis and sacral nervous system dysfunction.
