10. Expand your chest and regulate your breath

Relax your hands and let them hang down, then make fists, bend your elbows and lift them up, lift your shoulders and expand your chest backwards, and finally relax and return to the original position.

It takes about 10 minutes to perform the blood pressure lowering exercise. It is simple and easy to learn, and the effect is obvious.
