Tips for curing toothache

Tips for curing toothache

Although toothache is not a disease, and many people do not go to the hospital for treatment when they have toothache, they will take some painkillers to relieve the pain. But sometimes, toothache can be very annoying. Some friends who don’t like taking painkillers will just endure the toothache when they have it. In fact, you can learn some tips to easily relieve toothache without taking medicine.

The human ear is a very magical place. If we connect the main acupuncture points on the ear, its shape is just like a fetus inverted in the womb.

Each organ and tissue of the human body has a corresponding stimulation point on the ear. Once invaded by disease, a specific acupoint on the ear will produce a warning signal.

Therefore, when you stimulate a certain ear point, you can diagnose and treat diseases in the corresponding part of the body. When you have a toothache, pinch the bottom of the earlobe and the pain will stop quickly!

Five simple steps to get healthy

The acupoints on the ears are quite complicated, but if we have minor illnesses such as headaches and insomnia, we can massage the acupoints ourselves as an auxiliary treatment.

Technique 1: Press the earlobe when the gums are swollen and painful

The earlobe is equivalent to the face. When your teeth and gums are swollen and painful due to "getting angry", or small pimples appear on your face, you can use your thumb and index finger to rub the earlobe.

Or you can go to the hospital and prick your earlobe for bloodletting, which has a good therapeutic effect. Regularly massaging the earlobes can also beautify your skin.

Technique 2: Press the ear cavity for angina pectoris

Regularly stimulating the concha cavity, commonly known as the lower ear cavity, has a health-promoting effect on the blood and circulatory system. The lower ear cavity is equivalent to the internal organs of the chest cavity.

When you have angina pectoris, you should first stay calm, don't panic, stop activities immediately, rest in bed, it is best to raise your upper body, and then press on the lower ear cavity.

The method is: place your index finger at the ear hole and your thumb on the back of the ear and knead it. This is the simplest and most effective first aid method, which can quickly relieve angina pectoris and get through the critical period.

Move 3: Press the upper ear cavity when you hiccup

The upper ear cavity, that is, the cymbosum above the concha, is equivalent to the human abdominal cavity. Massaging this area helps digestion and strengthens the kidneys and spleen.

Hiccups, known as er ni in traditional Chinese medicine, are caused by weak spleen and stomach, as well as eating raw, bad food and overeating, which leads to the upward flow of stomach qi.

Move 4: Press both the upper and lower ear cavities for insomnia

Insomnia, known as "insomnia" in traditional Chinese medicine, is caused by weak heart and spleen. You can massage the "heart" point in the lower ear cavity and the "spleen" point in the upper ear cavity above it. You can place your index finger at the ear hole and your thumb on the back of the ear and knead it.

Move 5: Rub the earlobe for pain in the limbs

The outer helix of the auricle is equivalent to the trunk and limbs. Patients with body pain such as neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain should press the helix more.
