What are some small ways to protect your eyes?

Eyes are one of the most important organs in the human body. We use our eyes the most every day. It is hard to imagine how a blind person survives in this world. Therefore, we should pay special attention to eye care, especially now people need to face computers and mobile phones for a long time every day, which are extremely harmful to our eyes, so we should always remember to protect our eyes in daily life. Today I will introduce to you some tips for daily eye protection.

The lack of one or more important nutrients during the growth and development of the eyes makes the eye tissue more fragile. Under the influence of environmental factors, the sclera of the eye wall is prone to expand, thereby lengthening the anterior-posterior axis of the eye and causing myopia. They mostly eat refined grains and fast foods, which lack nutrients or have their nutrients destroyed. At the same time, their diet lacks high-quality protein foods and coarse grains such as milk, eggs, milk, fish, meat, and chicken. The more types of food that are lacking and the greater the total amount, the higher the incidence and degree of myopia.

The formation of myopia is related to diet. Most myopic patients have low blood calcium and vitamin A deficiency. Most adolescent myopic patients have low serum protein, blood calcium and hemoglobin. After suffering from myopia, you should supplement more vitamins A, B group and trace elements such as calcium, chromium, zinc, and eat less candy and high-sugar foods. If you eat too much sugar, the increase in blood sugar levels will cause changes in the osmotic pressure of the aqueous humor and crystals. When the osmotic pressure of the aqueous humor is lower than that of the lens, the storage of trace element chromium decreases, making it easier for the eye axis to lengthen. In addition, eating too much sugar will cause a large amount of acid to be produced in the blood. Acid neutralizes with salts in the body, especially calcium salts, and is reduced in the blood, causing a decrease in blood calcium. This will affect the toughness of the eyeball wall, lengthen the eye axis, and cause the occurrence and development of myopia.

Eyes are the windows to the soul, and everyone should cherish this colorful world. I wonder if everyone has remembered the above methods. Only by taking good care of them in daily life can we effectively protect our eyes.
