There are many diseases that we don’t recognize, and some we have never heard of in our lives. It’s not because we are ignorant, but because many diseases only occur in a very small number of people. Although the hospital knows that the disease exists, we don’t understand it. Human papillomavirus can be treated. Both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have methods to treat it. Below are the methods and precautions for treating human papilloma by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Western medicine Since most warts resolve on their own within one or two years after infection, for many patients, even with deep destructive treatments, one-third of the warts will recur. Therefore, the efficacy of various local treatments for warts should be evaluated with particular caution, and some treatments that can cause permanent scars should not be used. Commonly used ones are: (1) Cytotoxic agents: ① Fluorouracil (5-FU): 5% 5-FU ointment or 5-FU injection can be used externally, applied to the surface of warts twice a day, with good therapeutic effect. Possible side effects include local pain, chapped skin, edema, allergic reaction, tearing, pigmentation and suppuration. ② Intralesional injection of bleomycin: Some people use 0.05%-0.1% bleomycin (bleomycin) saline solution or 2% procaine solution for local intralesional injection to treat single or several common warts or plantar warts. Depending on the size of the wart, 0.2-0.5 ml is injected each time, once a week. Usually after 2-3 times, the warts will fall off with few side effects. There are many reports on the treatment of warts with traditional Chinese medicine, most of which are. ① Prescription for calming the liver and promoting blood circulation: 9g each of Chinese angelica, turmeric, red peony root, Achyranthes bidentata, Millettia reticulata, 6g safflower, 30g magnetite, 3g pangolin, 24g dragon bone, and 24g oyster. 1 dose/d, for 7 to 8 consecutive days. ② Decoction for treating warts: 9g each of peach kernel, safflower, cooked rehmannia, radix angelicae, red peony root, white peony root, 6g each of chuanxiong, atractylodes, pangolin, licorice, and Polygonum multiflorum, 15g each of broadleaf green and selfheal. 1 dose/d, 6 to 8 days as a course of treatment. ③Dayeqing injection: 2-4 ml, intramuscular injection, once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment. ④Bupleurum injection: 2 ml intramuscular injection, once a day, 20 days as a course of treatment. With the above methods, are you still worried about the treatment of human papillomavirus? We have both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. If you are sick, you must seek treatment, but you must use the right medicine for the right condition. You cannot use medicine blindly or indiscriminately. Sometimes it will be counterproductive, and in more serious cases it will aggravate the condition. Being sick is not scary. What is scary is that you don’t take it seriously, making the condition worse. Taking care of your own health is more important than anything else. |
