If heat disturbs the sperm chamber and the patient suffers from frequent nocturnal emission, add 10g of Rosa rugosa, 10g of lotus stamen, 15g of Tribulus terrestris, and 10g of hedgehog peel to nourish the kidney and consolidate essence.
