Anal pseudocondyloma

Anal pseudocondyloma

Genital warts are a disease that easily occurs in people's genitals, especially for women. If they do not pay attention to sexual health or genital hygiene, they are prone to genital warts. Genital warts can appear not only on the genitals, but also around the anus. In addition, there is a disease called pseudo-condyloma acuminatum. What should I do if I have pseudo-condyloma acuminatum in my anus?

According to research, pseudo-condyloma acuminatum has nothing to do with human papillomavirus. Experts at our site say that when treating this disease, other infections should be treated first. If patients suffer from candidal vaginitis or urinary tract infection in their daily lives, they should be treated first, and prevention should be strengthened to avoid infection with such diseases. So as not to cause some unnecessary trouble.

The most common age of female pseudo-condyloma acuminatum is 18 to 40 years old, with an incidence rate of 16% to 18%. The clinical symptoms of pseudo-condyloma acuminatum in women are 1 to 2 mm papules, light red, clustered and not fused; they are smooth, roe-like or villous in shape, and feel granular to the touch; they are distributed on the inner side of the labia minora or the vestibule. Generally, there are no conscious symptoms of female pseudo-condyloma acuminatum or only mild itching, which can be easily confused with condyloma acuminatum clinically.

Genital warts mostly occur on the vulva, urethral orifice, cervix and perianal area. Initially they are small moist papules of light red or dirty gray color, which quickly form wart-like proliferations of varying sizes that may fuse and be shaped like cauliflower or cockscomb, sometimes with secretions and a foul odor.

Generally, female pseudocondyloma acuminatum can be distinguished from genital warts based on the following characteristics of the hairy labia minora. The hairy labia minora of this disease are not contagious, the course of the disease can be more than half a year, and the lesions are mostly symmetrically distributed on the inner side of the labia minora. The papules are light red and may also be thread-like. Genital warts are just the opposite. They are contagious, develop quickly, and are distributed in the perineum, anus, vaginal opening and other parts. The skin lesions are cauliflower-like and large.

Through the above introduction by experts, everyone should now understand why women get pseudo-condyloma acuminatum. I hope this can draw everyone's attention. Genital warts must not be provoked or touched. For the sake of your own health, everyone must do a good job in preventing genital warts. We should start from the cause of the disease and avoid it from the root.
