There are many reasons why women may be iron deficient, which may be excessive menstrual bleeding or low iron content in the diet. 6. Too little exercise. Always not wanting to exercise because you feel tired? This can be a vicious cycle, as people who don't like to exercise often feel tired. So to break this cycle, get more exercise.

7. Lack of vitamin B12. If the body lacks vitamin B12, anemia may also occur, resulting in drowsiness, inattention, pale complexion, etc. Vitamin B12 deficiency may be caused by insufficient diet or absorption disorder, and medical attention is required if necessary.

8. Drink coffee or tea at inappropriate times. The caffeine in coffee or tea has a refreshing effect, but drinking it in the afternoon is likely to cause insomnia at night, thus disrupting your sleep rhythm. Therefore, pay attention to the time when drinking refreshing drinks so as not to delay your rest at night.
