Location: The Danzhong point is located in the middle of our body, specifically at the fourth rib, midway between the two nipples.

Function: Stimulating this point can invigorate blood circulation, dredge meridians, relieve chest tightness, regulate qi, and stop coughing and asthma. In particular, it can effectively treat various "qi" diseases, including respiratory and digestive system diseases, such as asthma, chest tightness, palpitations, irritability, angina pectoris, etc. It can also treat postpartum milk deficiency, mastitis, intercostal neuralgia, gastric cardia spasm and other diseases.

Procedure: Cross your hands, make a hollow fist, and then tap this acupoint. You can also put the four fingers of one hand together, and use the fingertips to press and rub in clockwise circles or push and rub from top to bottom, at least 100 times a day, for 2 to 3 minutes. Modern medicine has proven that the human body begins to age from the thymus, and frequently "beating the chest and stamping the feet" can prolong life.
